Conversation for Growth

I had the privilege of spending time with the incredible staff community at Wesley College.

With the school year fast approaching, we held a roundtable conversation where I shared my lived experience of high school — the challenges I faced, the barriers that exist, and the resilience it took to navigate them.

What made this session so powerful was how interactive it became. Staff jumped in with questions to explore topics they were genuinely curious about and unpack practical strategies.
