Conversation for Growth

I had the privilege of spending time with the incredible staff community at Wesley College.

With the school year fast approaching, we held a roundtable conversation where I shared my lived experience of high school and reflected on some of the experiences that have shaped my journey.

What made this session so powerful was how interactive it became. Staff jumped in with questions, explored topics they were genuinely curious about and shared their own perspectives and experiences.
