Interactive Lesson — Student Session
Through lived experience, Madison shares her journey growing up through school with a disability, exploring themes of inclusion, stereotypes, resilience, confidence, and individuality within the school setting.
These sessions encourage students to reflect on the impact their words, actions, and choices can have on others, while creating a safe and engaging space to learn, ask questions, and challenge assumptions around inclusion and belonging.
Presentation packages may include:
A keynote presentation or professional learning session
PowerPoint visuals and video content
Students reflection and discussion activities
Practical inclusion strategies and lived experience insights
Question and answer time
Sessions are available in three age-appropriate levels:
Primary School — Years 4 to 6
Middle School — Years 7 to 9
Senior School — Years 10 to 12
Schools can also extend the learning through follow-up interactive workshops, including Interactive Session 1 and Interactive Session 2.

Madison Heady offers a leadership-focused session that helps leaders understand how culture, communication, attitudes, and everyday interactions impact the overall well-being, confidence, and belonging.
Drawing from lived experience navigating life with disability in school, as a client, and as an employee, Madison shares practical insights to support leaders in creating more inclusive, accessible, and connected environments, while highlighting the ongoing barriers and gaps that still exist today.

Family Lived Experience
A powerful and honest conversation from two deeply connected perspectives, a daughter living with disability and as a parent and carer walking beside her through every stage of life.
Offering a rare insight, this session explores how disability has shaped family dynamics, relationships, communication, identity, resilience, independence, outlook on the future and lessons they’ve learned along the way.
Topics may include:
The emotional and practical realities of caring and advocacy
Navigating school, sport, healthcare, and community systems
Balancing protection with independence and growth
The impact disability can have on siblings, parents, and family dynamics
What genuine inclusion and support looked like in practice
The power of language, attitudes, and everyday interactions
Building resilience, confidence, and connection as a family
Hopes, opportunities, and perspectives for the future
The session concludes with an open Q&A, encouraging meaningful conversation, reflection, and deeper understanding.

This session explores key themes at the heart of Madi’s journey and lived experience, including resilience, gratitude, and high-performance sport. Whilst also exploring topics she believes need to be central in today’s thinking, including perspectives on disability.
Grounded in real stories, it highlights inclusion, awareness, communication, belonging, and the impact of everyday language, attitudes, and actions, showing how small shifts can create meaningful change.
Delivered with authenticity and purpose, each session challenges assumptions, deepens understanding, and inspires practical change beyond the room.
